it's JUST WORDS
Why listen to me

I failed the way you’re afraid of failing.

I had no money, was in debt, almost had nowhere to sleep, and my confidence was basically gone. I’m rebuilding — slowly, on purpose.

Born in a small village in Moravia. At ten, I sat entrance exams for a gymnasium in town — the only kid from my class who went.

Studied economics and finance in Prague. Worked in Romania after university. In 2018 I tried coaching, full-time. It worked, for a while. By 2021 it had collapsed — financially, not just professionally.

I went back to employment. Paid off the last of the debt in February 2025.

Today I manage a team at Johnson & Johnson, in Prague. It’s Just Words gets the hours around that — early mornings, Tuesday nights, whatever’s left after a full day. About ten hours a week. That’s the whole operation, for now.

“You already know what to do. We work on the sentence that stops you before you start.”

What I believe

First, ask yourself why. Foundations matter more than shortcuts — most people skip the basics and wonder why mastery never comes. Peace within is the real freedom, not external success. And an insight that stays in your head changes nothing. The practice is everything.

I’ve done the rotation myself — Tony Robbins, Harv Eker, the whole circuit. I know from the inside what sticks and what evaporates by Wednesday. This isn’t a guess about what you’re going through. I was the audience too.

I’m not the loudest person in the room, and I’m not trying to be. My edge isn’t stage presence — it’s noticing patterns. Listening to what people actually say, and what the words underneath the words mean. That’s not something you perform. It’s something you build, slowly, the same way you build everything else worth having.

If any of this lands, the next step is small. Start with one honest look at where you actually stand.
